What People Are Saying About Applella
“Who You Gonna Call?” We call PAMELA SCOTT. Pamela has provided so
much help with our computers, printers, IPHONES and watches. Ms. Scott
is always a cheerful presence in our home. She is trust worthy, kind and
patient with two “older” folk for whom ever-changing technology is a
constant problem.
We recommend that you contact her if you require assistance with home
check-ins, grocery errands, household support or technology. When you
need help, you no longer need to wonder, “Who You Gonna Call?” Call,
text, or Email, PAMELA SCOTT

I have lived in Bolivar since the 1990’s. After my husband’s passing, I just couldn’t find it in my heart to leave the place we called home.
I have relocated to an RV Park close to where I once lived in Gilchrist. Since I live in an RV, my space is limited. My porch needs tending to and I needed a ramp (easy access to trailer).
Pam called and asked if I still needed help getting this job done. Next thing I know she had a handyman accompany her to take measurements.
I now have a ramp with an extended porch. I appreciate the help that came from above.

We moved to Bolivar after Hurricane Ike. We met Pam at the Community Church while she took care of all sound, video, displays and tech suff.
In the last two years, my wife suffered a stroke, and things haven’t been the same. I have had yet another surgery and could really use some assistance.
Pam called to let us know about her new venture and she asked, “what is our need today”? She came and loaded all our laundry and returned to us all clean, folded and fresh laundered clothes.
Just this small service is a must for us. We will definitely be using services through Applella.

I have known Pamela for over 20 years. During that time, she has consistently helped me with computer upgrades, software, backups, and security. Although I no longer use a computer, she continues to assist me with my phone and technology needs.
Until a couple of years ago, I lived alone on the Bolivar Peninsula. When I began considering a move to a senior living community, Pamela drove me to and from facilities over several months and helped me evaluate my options. Once I found the right place, she helped me settle in and adjust.
Pamela has been a steady presence through several medical issues I’ve experienced. She supported me through my transition into assisted living and continues to help me with my mail, errands, banking, long-term care insurance paperwork, and taxes.
Her assistance has been instrumental to my recovery and peace of mind. She also stays in regular contact with my family, keeping them informed of any changes in my health or well-being.
I am deeply grateful for her care, reliability, and friendship.
